SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Laid In America Premiere Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, September 5, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, September 27, 2016 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
PRIZES: The following prizes (each, a “Prize”) will be awarded (individually or collectively) throughout the Promotion:
One Hundred (100) tickets to the Los Angeles or London premiere, ten (10) digital downloads of Laid In America, twenty-five (25) Film Posters, twenty-five (25) Laid In America T-shirts.
PRIZE SELECTION: Prize winners will be selected at random during days of the Promotion from among all eligible Entries received during days of the Promotion Period.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $1,000.00
Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.

Premiere tickets are not exchangeable and premiere tickets for one location cannot be switched for the other location – nor will they be accepted at the other premiere location.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable, and no exchange or substitution of Prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, shall be permitted.
Please note that no transportation or accommodation will be provided as part of the Prize and all winners shall be responsible and shall arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the premiere and Prize location, in addition to any expenses (incidental or otherwise) incurred in connection with the same.
ELIGIBILITY: The Laid In America Premiere Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, age sixteen (16) or older at the time of entry, and age fifteen (15) or older in the UK. Void outside the U.S., U.K. and wherever else prohibited by law.

To attend the US premiere you must be 16 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 16 that wishes to attend the US premiere must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to the certification of the film – in order to attend the UK premiere and claim the Prize - you must be 15 years of age or older.
Employees of Laid In America, LLC (the "Sponsor") and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling or spouse) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein (the “Official Rules”)
ENTRY: To participate, click the “Share The Trailer” button and share the LAID IN AMERICA trailer via one of the methods offered by Sponsor as instructed at http://laidinamericamovie.com or at “Laid in America’s official Twitter or Facebook account. The referring participant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every new shared link (“Entry”). Entries will only be awarded between Monday, September 5, 2016 at 3:00 AM ET and Wednesday, September 27, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Online Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Limit: Five (5) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
PRIZE RULES:
If winner is unable to travel, no cash substitutions will be given. If Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, guest must be winner's parent/legal guardian. If the guest of the Prize winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian.
No travel and/or accommodation expenses are included in this Prize. Any expenses/costs not, including but not limited to, food, beverages, gratuities, entertainment and transportation are the sole responsibility of winner and his/her guest.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: If you are a Prize Winner, Sponsor will contact you via your social network to let you know that you are a potential Winner. Winners will be requested to reply within 48 hours of notification ( 4 hours if the Prize event is within 48 hours) to Sponsor and provide information including, but not limited to, a full name, mailing address and phone number to send the Prize to and execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Required Information”) within the time period provided by the Winner Notification. Anyone who does not reply with the Requested Information within the specified time period will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected in a separate random drawing.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: If a Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules that Winner will be disqualified, and the Prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner in a separate random drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if Prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute, sign, and return the Releases on minor’s behalf. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If Releases are returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing.
PRIZE CONDITION: All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of prize winner.
Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered, except that each merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any).
NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the social network submitted at time of Entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted entry. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder associated with the Entry. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor and Facebook and Twitter are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent sweepstakes administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. GENERAL: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
DISQUALIFICATION: It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure compliance in all respects with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to prohibit a Participant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including without limitation by actually or attempting to: tamper with the entry processes or the operation of the Promotion; act in violation of these Official Rules; act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Each Entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:
- Contain content that is irrelevant to the purpose of the Sweepstakes;
- Communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate.
By sharing content, each Participant consents to the Entry and the use of the Entry. By participating, each Participant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, hometown address, photograph, likeness and/or image, or contents of the Entry for future advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter, change or modify any Entry. By submitting an Entry, each Participant consents to the use of the Entry for all purposes permitted hereunder. Entries made by any other individual or entity that is not the person named on the submitted Entry or made in any manner inconsistent with these Official Rules will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Sweepstakes.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The SWEEPSTAKES is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TWITTER OR FACEBOOK. TWITTER and FACEBOOK are completely released of all liability by each Participant in this SWEEPSTAKES.
DISPUTES: Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Sponsor for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize or any element thereof or from participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required Entry information, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners. Personal information collected from online entrants is subject to the Laid In America Privacy Policy.
